What’s Included in Your Insole Assessment Package – £295

Your feet tell a story — and we take the time to listen.

Our 60-minute in-depth assessment looks beyond your symptoms to understand how your whole body moves and what’s really causing your discomfort.

During your appointment, we’ll explore:

• Movement and flexibility in your feet and legs

• Posture and alignment when standing and walking

• Detailed gait analysis using advanced motion and pressure plate technology

• Footwear review and advice to help you get the best from your orthotics

• Your pain history and treatment goals — what’s most important to you

This is the beginning of a partnership. We’ll work with you to fine-tune your prescription over time, making sure your orthotics continue to suit your lifestyle, activities, and evolving goals.

Custom Insole Design & Fitting

Your insoles are designed specifically for your feet, around your treatment goals and activity levels.
At your 45-minute fitting appointment, we ensure they’re comfortable, effective and perfectly matched to your shoes and daily needs.

Clear Medical Report

You’ll receive a simple, jargon-free report explaining what is causing your symptoms, what we have found and how your treatment plan will help.  The treatment goals you identified during the assessment will be included.

 6-Week Review & Ongoing Support

We check in after six weeks to review progress and make any adjustments. This review — and any follow-up needed — is free of charge, because your comfort and results matter to us.
